Sobre a vaga:

Buscamos um(a) Analista de Planejamento Financeiro para integrar nossa equipe na City Soluções Urbanas. Esse profissional será responsável por acompanhar e analisar o desempenho econômico-financeiro dos empreendimentos, contribuindo para a qualidade das projeções, identificação de desvios e geração de informações que apoiem a tomada de decisão.

Procuramos alguém com perfil analítico, organizado, senso crítico e capacidade de atuar com autonomia, que tenha interesse em compreender o negócio e contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos e ferramentas da área.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Elaborar, atualizar e analisar projeções de fluxo de caixa dos empreendimentos e da companhia;
  • Acompanhar indicadores econômico-financeiros, identificando desvios entre os resultados realizados e projetados, suas causas e impactos;
  • Desenvolver análises de viabilidade econômico-financeira, incluindo indicadores como VPL e TIR;
  • Analisar premissas relacionadas a vendas, recebíveis, custos de obra, financiamento e demais componentes dos fluxos financeiros;
  • Elaborar relatórios gerenciais e análises para subsidiar decisões da gestão e da diretoria;
  • Realizar conferências e validações das bases de dados e dos modelos financeiros, assegurando consistência e confiabilidade das informações;
  • Interagir com diferentes áreas da companhia para levantamento de informações, alinhamento de premissas e esclarecimento de variações;
  • Identificar oportunidades de automatização, padronização e melhoria dos processos de Planejamento Financeiro.

Requisitos

  • Ensino superior completo em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência em Planejamento Financeiro, Controladoria, FP&A ou áreas relacionadas;
  • Excel avançado, incluindo domínio de fórmulas, estruturação de bases e modelos de análise;
  • Conhecimento em projeção e análise de fluxo de caixa, orçamento e indicadores financeiros;
  • Capacidade de interpretar dados, investigar variações e apresentar conclusões de forma clara e objetiva;
  • Organização, atenção aos detalhes, autonomia e comprometimento com prazos e qualidade das entregas.

Diferenciais

  • Experiência no setor de incorporação imobiliária ou construção civil;
  • Conhecimento em análises de viabilidade econômico-financeira de empreendimentos imobiliários;
  • Experiência com Power Query, Power BI ou ferramentas de automação e tratamento de dados;
  • Conhecimento em SQL e manipulação de bases de dados;
  • Experiência com modelagem financeira e desenvolvimento de controles gerenciais.
