Vi er team Beringsplads og team Åpark, og vi mangler en kollega til vores aftenvagt. Din faglighed kan være både social- og sundhedshjælper eller social- og sundhedsassistent, det vigtigste er, at du har lyst til at lære både os og vores borgere at kende.

Vi er en del af et arbejdsfællesskab placeret i Horsens Midtby. Vi har relationer og faglighed i fokus, da det tilsammen giver os muligheden for at levere helhedspleje og kvalitet hos borgerne

Dine primære arbejdsopgaver:

  • Helhedsorienteret pleje: Personlig og praktisk hjælp samt delegerede sygeplejeopgaver
  • Tænke og arbejde sundhedsfremmende og rehabiliterende i samarbejde med kollegaer
  • Dokumentere borgeres tilstand præcis og rettidig – vi bruger Nexus

Vi lægger vægt på, at du:

  • Møder borgerne med empati, respekt og et smil
  • Arbejder selvstændigt og kan bevare overblik i pressede situationer
  • Har gode samarbejdsevner på tværs af faggrupper
  • Har fokus på den enkelte borgers livskvalitet og ikke mindst selvbestemmelsesret
