Working under the BIM Manager of the Department of Aviation, Planning & Development (DOA/P&D), this position is responsible for the technical coordination of multi-disciplinary models across project cycles to ensure that all information exchange workflows align with ISO 19650 principles and designers and contractors are adhering to the DOA/P&D BIM Standards and Project Specific BIM Execution Plan.

  • Use Visual Design and Construction (VDC) to support 4D (scheduling) and 5D (cost) workflows to visualize construction sequencing in high traffic operational zones.
  • Audit models for adherence to ATL naming convections, data requirements, and Level of Development (LOD) 300-400 specs.
  • Verify that “as-built” conditions are accurately reflected for seamless integration into our facilities management systems.
  • Ensure “Model Health” (clean work sets, proper shared coordinates, and minimal warnings) to prevent data corruption.
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for Designers and General Contractors.
  • Administer the Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) environment, ensuring the “Single Source of Truth” is maintained and accessible.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
