City Wide Facility Solutions seeks a territory-based Account Manager to be a daily, single point of contact supporting 50+ commercial clients. A Facilities Solutions Manager develops a working relationship with clients by saving these businesses time by delivering on our promises and managing services, to continue our record of unsurpassed client retention.

  • Serve as the single point of contact consulting with clients, ensuring quality work
  • Manage, expand and diversify client relationships with an eye toward identifying new/additional services opportunities and growing revenues (and your own earnings!)
  • Guide, manage, mentor your Night Ops staff in working with contractors and crews
  • Implement company policies, procedures and Best Practices for client service
  • Proactively minimize client issues, promote the services we offer
  • Retain clients for the long term

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years sales and management experience
  • Outstanding and responsive customer service skills built on a sense of urgency
  • Detail oriented with excellent track record of follow through
  • Energized by serving clients proactively
  • Hungry for success with a desire to win
  • Works independently; self-starter who can coordinate with Ops and Sales teams to execute services
  • Excellent verbal and strong written communication skills

What YOU will bring:

  • Engaging and Energetic personality – relationship builder, ability to ask questions and be a good listener
  • Insightful and creative approach to handling client needs; great communication skills
  • A solid work ethic, a sense of urgency, self-starter
  • MS Office and CRM familiarity
  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience in Ops, Sales or Customer Service)
