City Wide Facility Solutions of Central Maryland is looking for a driven, energetic Sales Associate who's ready to grow fast, learn from the best, and join a team that wins-the right way.

Worried about having facility maintenance background?? DON'T NEED IT!! You will be teeing up appointments for our outside sales division to close. Qualified appointment?? YOU GET PAID!!

What You'll Do

- Make high-energy B2B outbound calls

- Find businesses that need our services and open the door for our outside sales team

- Set as many qualified appointments as you can

- Lucrative bonus structure for qualified appointments set

- Build relationships with prospects over weeks and months

- Keep your CRM organized and your pipeline moving

- Hit activity goals that help you grow and earn more (minimum of 50 qualified touches per day)

- Learn from a tenured, high-performing sales team

Requirements

Experience

- Entry-level to early-career sales candidates are welcome.

- B2B sales, cold calling. lead generation, or customer service experience is a plus but not explicitly required.

- Ability to conduct outbound prospecting through calls and emails.
