Actualmente estamos buscando Contratistas Independientes especializados en limpieza comercial para asociarse con nosotros y ayudar a satisfacer las necesidades de nuestra creciente cartera de clientes.

Al asociarse con City Wide Facility Solutions, su empresa podrá crecer mientras nosotros nos encargamos de conseguir nuevos clientes, gestionar las cuentas y el proceso de cobranza. Así, usted podrá concentrarse en brindar un servicio de calidad y, lo más importante, aumentar sus ingresos.

Requirements

LOS CONTRATISTAS INDEPENDIENTES DEBEN CUMPLIR CON LOS SIGUIENTES REQUISITOS:

  • Contar con una licencia comercial vigente y una empresa registrada como LLC o Corporation (Inc.).
  • Tener un seguro de Compensación para Trabajadores (Workers' Compensation).
  • Contar con un seguro de Responsabilidad Civil General (General Liability) y Seguro para Vehículos No Propios (Non-Owned Auto).
  • Disponer de un Número de Identificación Patronal Federal (EIN).
  • Contar con un negocio establecido y verificable.
  • Tener al menos 18 años de edad.
  • Aprobar satisfactoriamente una verificación de antecedentes.
  • No se aceptan propietarios únicos (Sole Proprietors); es obligatorio operar como una entidad comercial registrada (LLC o Corporation).
