Pour notre agence de Liège, nous recherchons un Employé Commercial capable de gérer l'agence de manière autonome.

En quoi consiste cette fonction ?

  • En tant qu'employé commercial, vous êtes chargé d'atteindre les objectifs de vente et d'améliorer la satisfaction des clients. ent à la propreté et à la sécurité.
  • En tant que premier point de contact et visage de CitySafes, vous accueillez les clients, vous les accompagnez et les conseillez de manière professionnelle et vous veillez à ce que notre service soit de la plus haute qualité.
  • Vous faites visiter les locaux aux nouveaux clients et vous vous occupez des contrats et de l'administration avec précision.
  • Vous répondez également aux questions de nos clients par téléphone et par e-mail, et vous planifiez leurs rendez-vous.
  • Vous veillez à l'image de l'établissement en mettant toujours l'accent sur la propreté et la sécurité.
  • Enfin, vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec vos collègues d'autres établissements et avec la direction régionale afin d'améliorer continuellement nos services !

Voici votre profil

  • Vous avez déjà de l'expérience dans un environnement orienté client. Cela peut être dans différents secteurs, tels que la restauration, l'hôtellerie, la banque ou le commerce de détail.
  • Vous êtes autonome, vous prenez des responsabilités et vous avez une attitude proactive.
  • Vous êtes précis et fiable et vous savez suivre correctement les procédures.
  • Vous parlez couramment le français ; toute autre langue dans laquelle vous pouvez aider les clients est un atout.
  • Et surtout : vous tirez une grande satisfaction à faire en sorte que chaque client reparte satisfait !
