En tant que Comptable Fournisseurs H/F, vous serez au cœur des échanges avec nos partenaires et contribuerez activement à la fiabilité de nos processus financiers.

Raison d’être :

Le/la comptable est en charge notamment du suivi des factures fournisseurs en relation étroite avec la comptabilité générale.

Il/elle gère les relations avec les fournisseurs de l’entreprise et enregistre les opérations afférentes dans le respect des règles comptables et participe aux analyses mensuelles faites dans le cadre de chaque clôture.

Missions principales :

Dans le cadre de ses responsabilités, le/la comptable :

· Traite les factures fournisseurs collectées auprès des différents services / outils, avec ou sans bon de commande

· Gère les lots des paiements hebdomadaires avec l’équipe

· Participe à la gestion des notes de frais

· Est impliqué dans les projets d’évolution dans le service pour les besoins de l’entreprise

Est en relation avec :

· Les services et personnes à l’origine des factures fournisseurs (approbation, litiges éventuels : réception / approbation d’écart / dimensions analytiques non respectées…)

· Les fournisseurs et gère les litiges

Profil et Compétences :

Qualités requises :

- Organisé(e)

- Rigoureux(se)

- Bon relationnel

Compétences/expérience requises :

- 8 ans d’expérience

- Maîtrise des outils bureautiques et notamment Excel

- Expérience sur un ERP (rapprochement des bons de commande et des factures)
