Wil jij lokale besturen helpen om veilig en verstandig met cybersecurity en AI aan de slag te gaan? Civios ontwikkelt een open, vendor-neutraal integratieplatform waarop lokale besturen, softwareleveranciers en Vlaamse digitale bouwstenen samenwerken. Naast het platform begeleiden we besturen ook in hun digitale weerbaarheid. Daarvoor zoeken we een gedreven Junior/Medior Coach Lokale Besturen met affiniteit in cybersecurity en AI: iemand die graag op pad gaat, vertrouwen wint en besturen concreet vooruithelpt. Je hoeft nog geen ervaren securityexpert te zijn. We zoeken vooral iemand die technisch mee is of zich daar snel in inwerkt, sterk is met mensen en het verschil wil maken bij besturen in heel Vlaanderen.

Wat ga je doen? Je trekt Vlaanderen rond en begeleidt lokale besturen bij hun digitale weerbaarheid en een verantwoord gebruik van AI, volgens de principes van VlaVirGem, de Vlaamse Virtuele Gemeente. Afhankelijk van je interesses en ontwikkeling kan dat gaan over: • duurzame relaties opbouwen met lokale besturen, hun behoeften herkennen en zorgen dat bezoeken leiden tot concrete afspraken, opvolging en resultaten; • samen met besturen hun digitale maturiteit en informatieveiligheid in kaart brengen en concrete, haalbare verbeteracties realiseren; • besturen wegwijs maken in wat security en AI en wat dit voor hen kan betekenen; • meewerken aan beleid en afspraken • AI-geletterdheid opbouwen en besturen helpen verantwoorde AI-toepassingen te kiezen en uit te rollen; • meedenken over veilige, herbruikbare toepassingen en koppelingen, in lijn met de VlaVirGem-referentiearchitectuur; Je bent geregeld op pad bij besturen in heel Vlaanderen en combineert dat met werk op afstand. In het begin ga je mee met ervaren collega's; op termijn begeleid je zelfstandig een eigen groep besturen.
