About the Role

CKH Group is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented General Ledger Accountant to join our international finance team in Buenos Aires.

In this role, you will take ownership of day-to-day accounting activities across multiple business entities, ensuring accurate financial records, timely reconciliations, and smooth month-end closing processes.

We are looking for someone who takes initiative, works independently, solves problems, and enjoys improving financial processes in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily accounting operations across multiple entities using QuickBooks Online (QBO).
  • Perform daily bank reconciliations and monitor transactions across multiple bank accounts.
  • Handle the full Accounts Payable (AP) process, including invoice processing, approvals, and vendor payments.
  • Manage Accounts Receivable (AR), including invoicing, payment tracking, collections, and billing accuracy.
  • Process intercompany transactions, cost allocations, recharges, and reconciliations.
  • Review credit card transactions and reconcile expenses against the general ledger.
  • Manage accruals, amortization, and other accounting adjustments.
  • Prepare daily financial reports and support month-end closing activities.
  • Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies independently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely financial processes.
  • Recommend process improvements and support automation initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in General Ledger or full-cycle accounting.
  • Strong practical experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) - required.
  • Experience with bank reconciliations, intercompany transactions, and cost allocations.
  • Good understanding of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and month-end closing.
  • Experience working in high-volume, multi-entity accounting environments is preferred.
