Als Trainee Sales & Marketing wirst du innerhalb von 18 Monaten in drei verschiedene Abteilungen eintauchen, dein Know-how erweitern und Projekt- und Teilprojektleitungen übernehmen.

Du startest dein Traineeship im Sales Team. Das zweite und dritte Assignment kannst du frei nach deinen Präferenzen innerhalb der Firma aussuchen. Bei Interesse kann ein sechs-monatiges Assignment bei der Muttergesellschaft Axpo in Baden absolviert werden.

Das Traineeship startet am 01. April 2027 und ist befristet auf 18 Monate mit der Option auf eine Weiterbeschäftigung 🚀

Das kannst du gestalten

  • Du bringst dein Know-how ab dem ersten Tag ein und kannst Verantwortung übernehmen.
  • Du arbeitest an operativen und strategischen Aufgaben in verschiedenen Teams im Bereich Sales und Marketing und setzt deine erlernten Fähigkeiten gezielt im Business ein.
  • Du startest dein erstes Assignment im Bereich Sales, wo du... ein Verständnis für unsere Produkte und Dienstleistungen sowie deren Mehrwert für Kundinnen und Kunden entwickelst, Verantwortung übernimmst für eine Vertriebskampagne und diese gemeinsam mit anderen Teams umsetzt, ...und Marktanalysen und Reportings durchführst, um die Kundenkommunikation gezielt zu verbessern. 💯

Das macht dich aus

  • Du hast einen Hochschulabschluss in Betriebsökonomie, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Marketing und Kommunikation, Umwelttechnik oder einer ähnlicher Fachrichtung (maximal zwei Jahre zurückliegend) 🎓
  • Du arbeitest gerne im Team und bringst einen ergebnisorientierten sowie agilen Ansatz mit.
  • Du bist eine engagierte und offene Persönlichkeit und interessierst dich für die Bedürfnisse unserer Kundinnen und Kunden.
  • Du bringst Kreativität und Innovationsgeist mit, um nachhaltige Lösungen zu entwickeln und Kundenerwartungen zu übertreffen. 💡
  • Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch.
