Misão do Cargo:

Atuar diretamente na elaboração de relatórios financeiros, análises de desempenho, melhoria contínua de processo, e na criação de estratégias para otimização de redução de custos.

Principais responsabilidades:

Análises financeiras detalhadas, identificando tendências e previsões que podem impactar a organização. Essas análises são fundamentais para o planejamento estratégico da empresa;

Participar da elaboração do orçamento anual, previsões financeiras, redução de custos e controle de investimentos;

Definir procedimentos e indicadores de controle orçamentário e métricas de resultados contábeis e financeiros;

Atendimento as auditorias internas e externas;

Gerar e analisar os desvios de custos, OPEX, CAPEX e rentabilidade dos projetos acompanhando as metas estipuladas;

Suporte na integração entre as áreas contábil, fiscal, tesouraria e jurídica, promovendo uma gestão eficiente;

Suporte e definição de procedimento de controle financeiro de estoque e inventário físico anual acompanhado do auditor externo ou/e interno. Elaboração do relatório final do inventário físico anual.

Acompanhar os ajustes de estoque realizados mediante erros de apontamento e/ou erros de processamento de nota fiscal ou cadastro do item no estoque;

Análise de reconhecimento de receita, hedge contábil, ajuste de custos, provisão contábil, BRGAAP e IFRS, garantindo transparência nas operações de intercompany, preço de transferência, auditoria externa e interna;

Garantir as práticas de governança financeira em conformidade com os princípios de controles internos geralmente aceitos e gerenciar as informações financeiras enviadas as intuições financeiras, clientes, fornecedores e órgãos reguladores como Banco Central do Brasil e IBGE;

Prover relatórios gerenciais mensais, trimestrais e anuais, conforme os critérios estabelecidos pela Matriz e Subsidiária no Brasil;

Analisar o balanço contábil e o demonstrativo de resultado da empresa;

Monitorar o controle e os prazos de recebimentos e pagamentos;

Enviar as informações financeiras consolidadas dentro dos prazos estabelecidos para a Matriz em Singapura (Reporting Pack, PSR e etc);

Identificar e implementar melhorias contínuas nos processos de controladoria e apuração de custos, assegurando maior eficiência e acuracidade nas operações financeiras;

Promover a automação controladoria, otimizando o uso de recursos, minimizando erros manuais e acelerando o processo de reportes financeiros;

Assegurar o cumprimento das políticas de governança corporativa e das normas de compliance e normas de segurança do trabalho, garantindo a integridade e a transparência em todos os processos financeiros;

FORMAÇÃO ESCOLAR

Mínimo: ensino superior completo em administração, economia, ciências contábeis ou áreas correlatas.

Desejável: Pós-graduação ou MBA na área de custos ou Finanças em ênfase em Controladoria.

CONHECIMENTO/CURSOS

Mínimo: pacote office avançado. Inglês intermediário. Conhecimento em sistemas ERP em indústrias de manufaturas.
