The posting

Clai je istarska vinarija prepoznatljiva po ekološkom uzgoju vinove loze, lokalnim sortama i proizvodnji vina uz minimalne intervencije. Naš rad temelji se na poštovanju vinograda, prirodnih procesa i karaktera svake berbe.

Tražimo motiviranu osobu za poziciju glavnog vinara / glavne vinarke koja će preuzeti stručnu odgovornost za proizvodnju vina, voditi rad podrumskog tima i surađivati s voditeljem vinograda. Želimo osobu koja razumije naš pristup te svojim znanjem i iskustvom može pridonijeti očuvanju i daljnjem razvoju identiteta vinarije.

Idealni kandidat ima višegodišnju tehničku podlogu primarne prerade grožđa tj. proizvodnje vina, izvrsne organizacijske vještine te iskustva s hrvatskom vinskom dokumentacijom, uz završen studij enologije/vinogradarstva u Hrvatskoj ili inozemstvu. Iskustvo u organskoj proizvodnji je prednost, ali karakter osobe, odgovornost i radna etika su nam imperativ.

Vaša uloga

Planiranje i vođenje proizvodnje vina, od pripreme berbe i prerade grožđa do dozrijevanja i punjenja vina.

Suradnja s voditeljem vinograda na praćenju dozrijevanja grožđa, planiranju berbe i usklađivanju vinogradarskih radova s ciljevima proizvodnje.

Praćenje fermentacija i maceracija te donošenje pravodobnih enoloških odluka.

Praćenje kvalitete vina senzornim ocjenjivanjem i laboratorijskim analizama.

Organizacija i nadzor svakodnevnog rada podrumskog tima.

Briga o higijeni podruma, pravilnoj uporabi i održavanju opreme te sigurnom radu.

Vođenje dokumentacije i evidencija o grožđu i vinu kroz sve faze proizvodnje.

Povremeno stručno predstavljanje vina partnerima i gostima te sudjelovanje na sajmovima i degustacijama, u suradnji s prodajom i marketingom.

Uvjeti

Završeno visoko obrazovanje iz područja vinogradarstva, vinarstva/enologije ili odgovarajućeg srodnog područja.

Višegodišnje praktično iskustvo u proizvodnji vina

Iskustvo samostalnog vođenja proizvodnje ili odgovornosti za njezine ključne faze.

Razumijevanje proizvodnje vina uz minimalne intervencije i spremnost na rad u skladu s filozofijom vinarije Clai.

Sposobnost organizacije posla, vođenja ljudi i suradnje s ostatkom tima.

Odgovornost, preciznost i pouzdanost u svakodnevnom radu.

Aktivno znanje engleskog jezika

Vozačku dozvolu B kategorije.
