O Analista será responsável pelo monitoramento contínuo de sistemas, redes e infraestrutura de TI, atuando de forma proativa na identificação, classificação e priorização de incidentes. Será responsável pela abertura e acompanhamento de chamados junto às equipes técnicas, garantindo o cumprimento do SLA e a rápida resolução de problemas.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesMonitorar ativamente sistemas, redes e infraestrutura utilizando ferramentas de monitoramento e alerta;Classificar e priorizar incidentes com base na gravidade e no impacto nos serviços de TI;Abrir chamados técnicos com as equipes responsáveis dentro de um SLA muito agressivo, garantindo uma resposta rápida e eficaz;Acompanhar o progresso dos chamados abertos, garantindo que sejam resolvidos dentro dos prazos acordados;Colaborar com equipes de suporte técnico para fornecer informações relevantes e contextuais sobre os incidentes relatados;Documentar incidentes, procedimentos de resolução e ações tomadas para referência futura;Identificar tendências e padrões nos incidentes relatados e propor melhorias nos processos de monitoramento e suporte.Requisitos e qualificaçõesGrau de escolaridade: Graduação completa ou em andamento em Tecnologia da Informação, Engenharia da Computação ou áreas afins;Experiência anterior em funções de atendimento ao cliente, suporte técnico ou monitoramento de sistemas;Conhecimento em sistemas operacionais (Linux e Windows Server);Nível de idioma: Inglês básico;Disponibilidade para atuar presencialmente das 14h às 23h, de segunda a sexta e finais de semana alternados (no período de treinamento a atuação será entre 06h e 23h). Serão considerados diferenciais:Conhecimento em sistemas operacionais Linux e Windows Server (Comandos básicos, resolução de problemas e gestão de serviços/usuários);Conhecimento na plataforma OEM (Oracle Management Enterprise);Experiência com a plataforma MS SCOM;Diagnóstico básico de falhas e eventos;Noções de scripting (conhecimentos básicos em Bash, PowerShell ou Python para automações simples);Fortes habilidades de organização e gestão do tempo (essenciais em ambientes com múltiplos alertas e tarefas simultâneas).Informações adicionaisAdiantamento de salárioAssistência médicaAssistência odontológicaSeguro de VidaAuxílio crecheVale alimentaçãoVale refeiçãoPLRVale transporteEmpréstimo consignadoParcerias com escolas de Inglês, Faculdades, Auxílio para Pets entre outras facilidades
