O Centro Social e Esportivo Claretiano Terra Nova é um projeto que foi construído com o objetivo principal de promover a integração humana, cultural e social, com atendimento educacional, de assistência social, jurídico e saúde, dirigido à população carente e que vivem em situação de risco social, beneficiando moradores da região do bairro Terra Nova na cidade de Rio Claro – SP.O Educador Social irá propiciar um ambiente favorável de acolhimento e escuta mútua visando tanto o bem-estar do usuário e sua família quanto a construção de vínculos que possibilitem aos usuários a concepção do serviço como um dos elementos que constituem sua rede de proteção e apoio, sempre voltado a atender a Missão e o Carisma Claretiano.Responsabilidades e atribuições No dia a dia você vai:Propiciar um ambiente favorável de acolhimento e escuta mútua visando tanto o bem-estar do usuário e sua família quanto a construção de vínculos que possibilitem aos usuários a concepção do serviço como um dos elementos que constituem sua rede de proteção e apoio;Preparar atividades seguindo o Plano de Trabalho dentro dos temas transversais e centrais, usando de criatividade e ludicidade;Participar do planejamento das ações a serem desenvolvidas no serviço em conjunto com a equipe técnica, bem como organizar, facilitar oficinas e desenvolver as atividades socioeducativas com os usuários, que contribuam com a prevenção de rompimentos de vínculos familiares e comunitários, possibilitando o enfrentamento de situações de fragilidade social vivenciadas e conhecimento aos seus direitos, desenvolver autonomia, entre outros;Avaliar diariamente com os usuários as atividades socioeducativas que foram desenvolvidas com os mesmos bem como o seu registro contendo também a reflexão dos educadores;Registrar as atividades desenvolvidas;Discutir, com a equipe do serviço, situações identificadas junto aos usuários com relação à violação de direitos, conflitos na dinâmica familiar, e outros que houver necessidade;Participar das discussões de caso junto à equipe para favorecer a integração do trabalho com os usuários e respectivas famílias.

Requisitos e qualificações O que você precisa ter:📝Ensino Médio completo;🗣️ Excelente capacidade de comunicação e escuta ativa;📅 Habilidade em planejamento e organização de atividades socioeducativas;🤝 Comprometimento com a promoção do bem-estar social e desenvolvimento pessoal dos usuários;👥 Capacidade de trabalho em equipe e colaboração interdisciplinar;💖 Sensibilidade para lidar com situações de vulnerabilidade e fragilidade social;💡 Autonomia e iniciativa para propor e implementar melhorias no serviço.
