Buscamos uma pessoa para liderar as áreas de Contabilidade e Fiscal, garantindo a qualidade e a confiabilidade das informações contábeis, o cumprimento das obrigações legais e tributárias e a eficiência dos processos. Será responsável pela gestão das equipes e dos processos contábeis e fiscais, atuando também como responsável técnico pela contabilidade da Instituição, sempre voltado a atender à Missão e ao Carisma Claretiano.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesNo dia a dia você vai:Supervisionar as equipes e os processos de Contabilidade, Fiscal e Faturamento; Coordenar o fechamento contábil mensal e anual, assegurando o cumprimento dos prazos e a qualidade das informações; Elaborar, analisar e validar balancetes, balanços patrimoniais, demonstrações contábeis e demais relatórios; Assumir a responsabilidade técnica contábil da Instituição; Apoiar à contabilização da folha de pagamento, garantindo a correta integração, conferência e conciliação dos lançamentos contábeis relacionados à folha, encargos e provisões trabalhistas;Acompanhar e validar conciliações contábeis e a composição dos saldos patrimoniais e de resultado;Supervisionar a apuração de tributos, retenções, escrituração fiscal e entrega das obrigações acessórias;Acompanhar alterações na legislação contábil e tributária, avaliando seus impactos e orientando a adequação dos processos;Atender auditorias internas e externas, assegurando a disponibilidade e a consistência das informações;Supervisionar os registros contábeis e os controles relacionados ao ativo imobilizado;Atuar de forma integrada com as áreas Financeira e de Controladoria e FP&A, garantindo a qualidade e a consistência das informações;Identificar oportunidades de melhoria, padronização e automação dos processos;Desenvolver a equipe, promovendo organização, autonomia e melhoria contínua.Executar outras atividades correlatas à natureza e ao nível de responsabilidade do cargo, conforme demandas da liderança e diretrizes institucionaisRequisitos e qualificaçõesE o que você precisa ter?🎓Ensino Superior completo em Ciências Contábeis📋 Registro ativo no CRC📊 Experiência em fechamento contábil, demonstrações financeiras e controles contábeis⚖️ Conhecimento da legislação tributária e obrigações fiscais👥 Experiência em gestão de equipes ou coordenação de processos📚 PEPC em dia, quando aplicáve📍 Disponibilidade para residir em Batatais/SPSerá considerado um diferencial: Pós-graduação ou MBA em áreas correlatasExperiência em instituições de ensino, terceiro setor ou CEBASConhecimento em sistemas ERPVivência em melhoria e automação de processosInformações adicionaisInclusãoPara o Claretiano, cada pessoa é um ser único e singular e, incluir, é criar um ambiente em que as pessoas possam ser elas mesmas, exercendo seus propósitos e atingindo a plenitude humana.
