The posting

Locations: We are currently seeking a Property Manager for 330 Titan Private and 45 Breeze Hill, Avenue North-Hintonburg    Responsibilities include:

Provide excellent tenant Service.  Respond to tenant requests/problems in a timely and courteous manner and generate work orders to be actioned by the Facilities Team.  Follow up with the tenant to ensure satisfactory resolution of the issue.  Ensure that there is 24-hour emergency coverage for the property at all times. Conduct periodic inspections of the property and tenant spaces to ensure compliance with leases and the proper upkeep of the property Ensure that property and lease files are properly maintained and kept up to date in accordance with company policy.  Prepare and maintain appropriate tenant lease files, records, correspondence, and file notes. Co-ordinate production and ordering of signs, tenant identification, etc. Assist in the production of monthly charges Assist in the preparation of transaction-related documents Obtain estimates/bids for general work at the property Ensure property is rented to the fullest capacity, utilizing marketing strategies to secure prospective residents Continually monitor and analyze the market conditions for rentals Deal with resident concerns and requests on a timely basis to ensure resident satisfaction Prepare yearly budgets for CAM recoveries Ensuring costs are accurate in the GL before reconciliation preparation for tenants Prepare revenue projections for all commercial sites in preparation for budgets Ensure all rents are collected and posted promptly

  Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

Completion of a post-secondary education in a related field A minimum of five (5) years of related experience Knowledge of best practice related to Leases and service contracts In-depth knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act. Experience dealing with the Landlord and Tenant Board

In-depth property management knowledge including, but not limited to, building operations, customer service, occupational health and safety, environmental compliance.

Bilingualism (French/English) would be an asset.
