Atuar no suporte administrativo e acadêmico às coordenações de curso, contribuindo para a organização e execução dos processos institucionais, regulatórios e acadêmicos. Apoiar as atividades relacionadas folha de pagamento docente, alocação de professores e organização dos rodízios dos alunos do Internato, garantindo o cumprimento de prazos, normas e diretrizes institucionais.

Competências Mínimas:

· Ensino superior completo.

Qualificações Desejáveis:

· Conhecimento avançado no Pacote Office, principalmente Excel;

· Desejável conhecimento em SQL e Python;

· Desejável conhecimento em Power BI e ferramentas de Inteligência Artificial (IA);

· Facilidade com análise de dados, elaboração de planilhas e organização de informações.

Responsabilidades e Atribuições

· Atualizar membros da Comissão Própria de Avaliação (CPA) junto à área de regulação e ensino da Clariens Educação;

· Secretariar reuniões da CPA, ConSUP e Acadêmicas, incluindo a organização de pautas e a distribuição de atas;

· Atender coordenadores e professores, auxiliando nos processos acadêmicos;

· Acompanhar com as coordenações os prazos e lançamentos das demandas dos alunos no sistema Lyceum;

· Auxiliar na elaboração e conferência da Folha de Pagamento docente, incluindo a inclusão das horas/aula, emissão dos relatórios e conferência com o Departamento Pessoal e coordenação;

· Acompanhar e realizar a solicitação de pagamentos RPA/PJ;

· Apoiar a coordenação de curso na oferta de disciplinas, assegurando a conformidade com o currículo e as diretrizes institucionais;

· Acompanhar mudanças de horários e alocações de salas, ajustando conforme necessário para otimizar o uso de recursos;

· Apoiar na alocação de docentes para disciplinas, garantindo uma distribuição equilibrada de carga horária;

· Elaborar e atualizar planilhas de rodízio dos alunos do Internato, assegurando a distribuição e a passagem dos estudantes por todos os ciclos previstos;

· Acompanhar e garantir o cumprimento dos rodízios estabelecidos nas planilhas, monitorando a alocação dos alunos e identificando possíveis inconsistências, divergências ou necessidades de ajustes, reportando-as prontamente à supervisora responsável;

· Prestar apoio às demais demandas e atividades do setor, conforme necessidade e orientação da supervisão.
