Como Assistente Administrativo - Backoffice Acadêmico, você será responsável por apoiar atividades operacionais e administrativas da instituição, garantindo o bom funcionamento dos processos diários e colaborando com diferentes áreas para assegurar que as demandas sejam atendidas de maneira eficaz e dentro dos prazos estabelecidos.

  • Auxiliar na preparação e arquivamento de documentos, assegurando que todas as informações estejam devidamente organizadas e acessíveis.
  • Gerenciar reservas de salas e equipamentos, assegurando a disponibilidade conforme as necessidades dos usuários.
  • Auxiliar na comunicação entre diferentes departamentos, professores e alunos, promovendo o fluxo de informações para garantir que as demandas sejam atendidas.
  • Auxiliar na impressão e organização de provas, listas de presença e outros materiais administrativos, garantindo que estejam prontos para as atividades acadêmicas.
  • Acompanhar as solicitações diárias dos setores, assegurando que todas as demandas sejam tratadas de forma rápida e eficiente.
  • Oferecer suporte no atendimento, respondendo a dúvidas e orientando sobre procedimentos administrativos.
