Como Supervisor de Operações de Campus sua missão será responsável por garantir que todas as operações administrativas e de infraestrutura da faculdade funcionem de maneira eficiente e eficaz. Este profissional coordena as atividades diárias, assegura o cumprimento das políticas institucionais e promove um ambiente seguro e produtivo para alunos, professores e funcionários.

Responsabilidades e Atribuições

· Supervisionar a manutenção e conservação das instalações físicas da faculdade, incluindo salas de aula, laboratórios, bibliotecas, áreas comuns e escritórios administrativos.

· Coordenar serviços de limpeza, segurança, transporte, jardinagem e manutenção predial, garantindo a qualidade e a pontualidade desses serviços.

· Desenvolver e implementar planos operacionais para melhorar a eficiência dos processos administrativos e de infraestrutura.

· Monitorar e controlar o uso de recursos materiais e financeiros relacionados às operações, garantindo que os orçamentos sejam cumpridos e os recursos sejam utilizados de forma eficiente.

· Assegurar que todas as operações estejam em conformidade com as regulamentações locais, estaduais e federais, bem como com as políticas e procedimentos internos da instituição.

· Implementar e supervisionar políticas e procedimentos de segurança, incluindo planos de emergência e evacuação, e garantir a prontidão para responder a situações de emergência.

· Negociar contratos e gerenciar o relacionamento com fornecedores de serviços e materiais, assegurando a entrega de serviços e produtos de alta qualidade.

· Identificar oportunidades de melhoria nos processos operacionais e implementar iniciativas para aumentar a eficiência e a qualidade dos serviços.

· Preparar relatórios periódicos sobre o desempenho das operações, identificando áreas de sucesso e necessidades de melhoria, e apresentá-los à administração superior.

· Coordenar a logística e o suporte operacional para eventos acadêmicos e institucionais, como seminários, conferências, formaturas e outros eventos especiais.

· Manter uma comunicação eficaz com alunos, professores e funcionários para entender suas necessidades e garantir que as operações do campus atendam às expectativas de todos os stakeholders.
