Position: School Psychologist Location: Illinois Setting: Elementary School Schedule: Full-Time Term: Current School Year Clarifi Staffing Solutions is seeking a full-time School Psychologist to support an Illinois elementary school for the current academic year. This position centers on understanding student needs, identifying barriers that may affect learning, and helping school teams develop practical strategies for academic, behavioral, and social-emotional support. Your Impact: You’ll use observation, assessment, counseling, and consultation to help identify areas where students may need additional assistance. The role includes providing individual and small-group support, contributing to intervention planning, and working with educators and families to promote positive student outcomes. You’ll also help school staff recognize concerns early, monitor student progress, and implement supportive strategies that encourage positive behavior, classroom participation, and emotional well-being. Requirements Effective analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary school teams. Appropriate Illinois School Psychologist license/credential. Strong assessment, communication, and interpersonal abilities. Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a School Psychology endorsement.
