In unserem Bereich Technischer Service haben wir kurzfristig nachfolgende Stelle unbefristet im Werk Zwickau zu besetzen:

Ingenieur Werksplanung / Facility Services (m/w/d)

Tarifangestellte(r) in gleitender Arbeitszeit, Vollzeit 35,5 Std./Woche

Aufgaben / Pflichten:

  • Eigenständige Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung von Projekten im Bereich Gebäude-, Infrastruktur- und Versorgungstechnik zur Weiterentwicklung und Modernisierung der Infrastruktur am Standort
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher, technischer und behördlicher Anforderungen und Vorschriften innerhalb von Bau-, Umbau- und Infrastrukturprojekten, insbesondere:AwSV (Verordnung über Anlagen zum Umgang mit wassergefährdenden Stoffen) Betriebssicherheitsverordnung (BetrSichV) Baurecht und Bauordnungsrecht Vorbeugender und baulicher Brandschutz
  • Koordination und Überwachung externer Planungsbüros, Fachfirmen und Dienstleister
  • Sicherstellung einer nachhaltigen und rechtskonformen Ausführung aller Maßnahmen

Erforderliche Qualifikation:

  • Mindestens 4-jährige einschlägige Hochschulausbildung (Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in einem der Bereiche Bauingenieurwesen, Versorgungstechnik, Umwelttechnik, Facility Management oder vergleichbare technische Fachrichtung)

Sonstige Anforderungen:

  • Berufserfahrung in der Planung und Umsetzung technischer Projekte im industriellen Umfeld von Vorteil
  • Gute Kenntnisse relevanter gesetzlicher Anforderungen, insbesondere in den Bereichen Umwelt- und Gewässerschutz, AwSV, BetrSichV, Baurecht, Brandschutz
  • Erfahrung im Projektmanagement sowie in der Zusammenarbeit mit Behörden und externen Dienstleistern
  • Ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie analytisches Denkvermögen
  • Sicheres Auftreten und Kommunikationsfähigkeit über verschiedene Unternehmensebenen hinweg
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Wünschenswerte Zusatzqualifikationen

  • Grundkenntnisse in den Bereichen Elektrotechnik sowie Mess-, Steuerungs- und Regelungstechnik (MSR)

Vergütung: Entgeltgruppe E10 (während der Einarbeitung E9)
