Für unseren Standort in Hannover suchen wir Dich ab sofort als

Werkstudent (m/w/d) im Bereich Mitarbeiterkommunikation

Im Rahmen Deiner auf vier bis sechs Monate angelegten Werkstudententätigkeit unterstützt Du das lokale HR-Team dabei, die Kommunikation im Werk Hannover neu aufzustellen, zu koordinieren und kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln. Du arbeitest nah an aktuellen Veränderungen im Werk und sorgst mit dafür, dass Informationen verständlich, zeitgemäß und mitarbeiterorientiert bei den Beschäftigten ankommen.

Dabei übernimmst Du folgende Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung eines übergreifenden Kommunikationskonzepts für das Werk Hannover
  • Aufbau und Pflege einer strukturierten Kommunikations- und Redaktionsplanung
  • Koordination der Kommunikationsaktivitäten mit HR, Werkleitung, Führungskräften und weiteren internen Schnittstellen
  • Erstellung und Veröffentlichung zielgruppengerechter Inhalte, zum Beispiel für Digital Signage, Aushänge, Newsletter, Präsentationen und interne Beiträge
  • Kommunikative Begleitung von Veränderungs- und Organisationsprojekten
  • Weiterentwicklung bestehender Kommunikationskanäle und Unterstützung bei der Einführung zeitgemäßer Formate
  • Unterstützung bei Informationsformaten, Veranstaltungen und Kampagnen

Es besteht die Möglichkeit, diese Tätigkeiten mit der Erstellung einer Abschlussarbeit zu verknüpfen.

Deine Qualifikation:

  • Fortgeschrittenes Studium im Bereich Kommunikation, Medien, Journalismus, Marketing, Wirtschafts-, Sozial- oder Geisteswissenschaften oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Erste praktische Erfahrung in interner Kommunikation, Redaktion, Social Media, Change Communication oder Projektarbeit ist von Vorteil
  • Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS-Office (insbesondere Excel, Word und PowerPoint)
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (weitere Fremdsprachen sind von Vorteil)
  • Mit Eigeninitiative, Einsatzbereitschaft und Organisationsgeschick verstärkst Du unser Team
