We are looking for an entry-level Talent Acquisition Specialist who is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about working with people. This is a great opportunity to develop within a global organization.

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (business administration, corporate background)
  • English language fluency (C1 level)
  • Experience with MS 365, Workday, and other common business applications

It would be great if you also had . . .

  • Prior HR or recruitment experience is a plus, including exposure to interview scheduling, recruitment coordination, or candidate communication
  • Prior experience working with global clients, stakeholders, or international teams is an advantage
  • Prior experience with coordinating multiple activities and priorities

What will you be doing in this role?

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews for candidates across multiple roles and departments.
  • Maintain accurate records of scheduling activities and ensure all documentation is up to date.
  • Respond to scheduling inquiries from candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Reschedule or cancel interviews promptly and professionally when needed.
  • Keep Talent Acquisition Partners informed of interview timelines and any changes.
  • Utilize Microsoft Outlook and other tools for effective calendar and communication management.

About the Team

In this role you will be working closely with local EMEA TA team and you will be reporting to Director, Program Management. This role is an amazing opportunity to join our TA team, learn about Clarivate, our company culture, our candidates and values!

Hours of Work

This is a permanent, full-time position, with core engagement hours within CET time zone.

This is a hybrid position; you will be expected to work from our Belgrade office a minimum of three days every other week.
