The posting

We’re growing and looking to hire a Technical Account Manager who embodies our core values: People First, Customer Obsession, Strive for Excellence, and Integrity.

About the Company:

Claroty’s Public Sector practice is rapidly expanding to secure the mission-critical systems that underpin our society’s safety and stability. We are looking for mission-driven professionals who want to join a high-growth team dedicated to protecting critical infrastructure and ensuring essential services remain resilient and uninterrupted.

About the Role

As a Technical Account Manager (TAM), you will serve as a strategic technical point of contact to our Public Sector Customers and their supporting Partners, ensuring successful deployment, adoption, and ongoing value realization from Claroty’s platform. You will bridge the gap between Partners, Customers and Internal Teams, driving technical alignment, proactive optimization, and long-term relationship success. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role ideal for a strong networking and cybersecurity professional who thrives at the intersection of technology, strategy, and customer engagement. Candidates must be in EST or CST timezones to be considered.

Responsibilities

As a Technical Account Manager, your impact will be:

  • Collaborate with Customers and Partners alike to plan, design, deploy, and configure Claroty’s solutions to meet their technical and business objectives while driving measurable value.
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact and subject matter expert for Customers and Partners, owning all technical requirements and ensuring alignment with best practices.
  • Provide ongoing technical guidance, architecture recommendations, and optimization strategies to maximize product adoption and performance.
  • Provide support, enablement, and oversight to Partners leading Customer deployments.
  • Proactively identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for improvement across customer environments.
  • Translate feedback, industry trends, and field insights into actionable recommendations for Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
  • Develop technical artefacts, documentation, playbooks, and best practices to streamline deployments and enhance service delivery.
  • Support escalations and complex technical scenarios in partnership with Support and R&D teams.
  • Drive executive-level technical conversations and present strategic roadmaps aligned with cybersecurity and operational objectives.

Requirements

What you need to succeed in this role:

  • 5+ years of experience in Professional Services, Technical Account Management, Network Engineering, or similar customer-facing technical roles.
  • Experience working with US Federal Customers, including navigating agency-specific requirements, adhering to federal compliance and security standards, coordinating with cross‑agency stakeholders, and delivering solutions within regulated government environments.
  • Understanding of relevant Standards & Frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO/IEC) with a specific understanding of IEC 62443.
  • Practical knowledge of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) principles applied to critical infrastructure and cyber-physical systems.
  • Deep knowledge of IT networking; prior experience as a Network Architect is highly beneficial.
  • Strong understanding of networking standards and protocols, including TCP/IP, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, and segmentation principles.
  • Solid understanding of core cybersecurity principles and secure network architecture.
  • Network and Cybersecurity Certifications (e.g., CCNA, Security+, GICSP, CISSP) are a plus.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage both technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Customer-centric mindset with the ability to build trusted, long-term partnerships.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30-40%.
  • U.S. Citizenship Required

Nice to have:

  • Foundational understanding of OT Cybersecurity practices and Operational Technology (OT) / ICS environments and industrial networks.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
