A Class Solutions é o lugar certo para você.Somos uma empresa que atua noDesenvolvimento de Soluções e Serviços Profissionais de TI há mais de 22 anos e buscamos profissionais para fazerem parte da nossa equipe na área de Administração iniciando sua jornada através do estágio para realizar atividades que trarão aperfeiçoamento profissional e ampliação de seus conhecimentos.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDentre as atividades que serão executadas em sua rotina de trabalho estão:· Auxiliar nas atividades operacionais do departamento de Administração e áreas correlatadas da empresa;· Zelar pelo cumprimento de processos críticos da empresa, tais como, processos de RH, Faturamento, Operacionais, Financeiros e Comerciais;· Realizar/validar os processos de admissões, demissões, cálculo de férias, indenizações e outros proventos, assegurando que as informações estejam corretas;· Garantir o armazenamento correto de informações em nossos portais;· Acompanhar e realizar as atividades administrativas através do monitoramento diário do calendário do departamento;· Fazer controle de ponto eletrônico e jornada de trabalho de colaboradores e prestadores;· Controlar e executar pagamentos de comissões feitas para parceiros;· Auxiliar o departamento Comercial;· Entender processos de Faturamento;· Programar, controlar e efetuar pagamentos e conciliações bancárias;· Realizar fechamento contábil mensal;· Controlar e organizar arquivos;· Realizar compras administrativas, quando solicitado;Requisitos e qualificaçõesEstar cursando o Ensino Superior em Administração de Empresas ou cursos correlatados com a área;Excelente Raciocínio Lógico;Domínio da Língua Portuguesa;Ter automotivação, dedicação, pontualidade, comprometimento e disciplina;Facilidade em aprender e desenvolver processos;Capacidade de concentração e atenção na execução de tarefas;Informações adicionaisBenefícios:Bolsa auxílio, Vale Refeição, Vale Transporte, Seguro de Vida e Assistência Odontológica.
