Buscamos uma pessoa para coordenar as operações contábeis da Américo do Sul, garantindo a qualidade das informações financeiras, o cumprimento das obrigações legais e a aderência aos padrões de reporte da matriz.Essa pessoa terá papel fundamental no fechamento contábil, na consolidação regional, na gestão de riscos e controles internos e no relacionamento com auditorias e provedores externos, além de liderar e desenvolver o time contábil.Se você tem visão analítica, experiência em ambientes multinacionais e gosta de atuar em um contexto regional, com foco em excelência técnica, colaboração e melhoria contínua, essa oportunidade pode fazer sentido para você!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesFechamento e Gestão Contábil: coordenar os fechamentos mensais, trimestrais e anuais da América do Sul, revisando lançamentos, conciliações e demonstrações contábeis, incluindo ajustes por inflação e variação cambial.Consolidação e Reporting: preparar demonstrações e relatórios gerenciais, converter informações locais para IFRS e a moeda de reporte da matriz, realizar eliminações intercompany e entregar o reporting package conforme os padrões e prazos do grupo, apoiando análises de orçamento, forecast, variações e CTA (Cumulative Translation Adjustment).Gestão Fiscal e Conformidade: garantir o cumprimento das obrigações fiscais e tributárias da Argentina e da Colômbia, incluindo preços de transferência, e acompanhar as exigências legais de cada país.Controles Internos e Auditoria: estruturar e monitorar riscos e controles contábeis e fiscais, testar sua efetividade, acompanhar planos de ação e atender auditorias internas, externas, revisor fiscal e autoridades.Gestão de Provedores e Processos: gerenciar os provedores contábeis e fiscais terceirizados, acompanhando prazos, qualidade e níveis de serviço, além de padronizar processos e plano de contas entre os países.Liderança e Integração Regional: liderar e desenvolver o time e atuar em parceria com FP&A e a matriz, promovendo a qualidade das entregas e a eficiência da consolidação regional.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Ciências ContábeisCRC ativoExperiência com normas contábeis e tributárias da Argentina e ColômbiaInglês e/ou Espanhol avançadoInformações adicionaisBenefíciosVale RefeiçãoVale TransportePlano de Saúde BradescoPlano Odontológico BradescoTotalPassSeguro de VidaCesta NatalidadeParceria com o Sesc
