Success in this role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, organization, confidentiality, and a passion for developing people and creating a positive team member experience.

Evaluate the effectiveness of training provided and follow up with team members regarding their progress and effectiveness within their assigned departments. Work closely with Department Managers, Assistant Production Managers (APMs), and Production Managers (PMs) to ensure all Green Hat evaluations are completed accurately and submitted to the TMX Manager within established timelines. Interact with and support all new hires throughout their first 90 days of employment, including daily communication during their first 30 days. Conduct exit interviews with departing team members and communicate findings as appropriate. Maintain the Training Room and coordinate the setup and preparation of all training classes and events. Manage company-issued T-shirt inventory and distribution. Assist the TMX Manager with Employee Assistance Program (EAP) initiatives and related activities. Assist in developing and maintaining company policies, procedures, training materials, and documentation related to the Team Member Experience program. Support the TMX Manager with employee engagement initiatives, special projects, and continuous improvement efforts. Actively support recruiting activities, onboarding processes, and workforce development initiatives. Collect, track, analyze, and communicate training, onboarding, and team member data to leadership as needed. Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
