We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Test professional. This role is ideal for someone with 0-5 years of experience who is eager to learn and grow within a supportive and fast-paced environment. ## Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough testing of products and systems to ensure quality and functionality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues.
  • Develop and execute test plans and test cases.
  • Document and report test results and findings.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes.

Required Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Basic understanding of testing methodologies and tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 0-5 years of experience in a testing or quality assurance role.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle is a plus.
