Als Medior HRM Adviseur bij CLB ben je een toegankelijke, zichtbare HRM-professional die managers, Teamleads en medewerkers dagelijks ondersteunt bij uiteenlopende HR-vraagstukken. Je zorgt ervoor dat HR-vraagstukken op een professionele, zorgvuldige en pragmatische manier worden opgepakt en draagt bij aan een werkomgeving waarin medewerkers zich kunnen ontwikkelen en teams optimaal kunnen functioneren.

Je bent iemand die makkelijk schakelt tussen verschillende niveaus in de organisatie, denkt in oplossingen en niet afwacht maar zelf initiatief neemt. Je hebt oog voor mens én organisatie en draagt actief bij aan een gezonde en professionele werkomgeving.

Jouw voornaamste activiteiten:

  • Proactief adviseren en ondersteunen van managers en teamleads bij personele vraagstukken (zoals bezetting, ontwikkeling, prestaties en arbeidsvoorwaarden);
  • Begeleiden van verzuimtrajecten en re-integratie (Wet Verbetering Poortwachter);
  • Coördineren en uitvoeren van werving & selectie van intake tot onboarding;
  • Proactief signaleren van relevante HR-ontwikkelingen, wet- en regelgeving en deze vertalen naar praktisch toepasbaar HR-beleid en uitvoering binnen de organisatie.
  • Meebouwen aan en verbeteren van HR-beleid en instrumenten (o.a. talentontwikkeling, performance management, beloning en uitstroom);
  • Initiëren en uitvoeren van HR-projecten op het gebied van onboarding, kennisdeling, medewerkerstevredenheid en employer branding.
  • Zorgen voor heldere interne communicatie over HR- en personeelsontwikkelingen;
  • Coachen van teamleads en managers in hun rol als leider.

Wat je van ons krijgt

  • Twee dagen per week een gratis gecaterde lunch in het CLB Café.

Je bent toegankelijk, daadkrachtig en pragmatisch. Je schakelt makkelijk tussen adviseren en uitvoeren en voelt je verantwoordelijk voor wat je oppakt. Je bent benaderbaar, denkt in oplossingen en houdt je staande in een dynamische organisatie.

En verder breng je mee:

  • HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting HRM;
  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als HRM adviseur binnen een middelgrote of groeiende organisatie;
  • Ervaring met brede HR-thema’s zoals verzuim, werving & selectie, performance en personeelsontwikkeling;
  • Sterk stakeholdermanagement – je weet te schakelen met managers, teamleads en medewerkers op verschillende niveaus;
  • Vermogen om overzicht te houden in meerdere lopende HR-processen en hierin prioriteiten te stellen;
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een verbindende stijl van samenwerken;
  • Proactieve houding met eigenaarschap: je signaleert, pakt op en komt met verbeteringen;
  • Oog voor kwaliteit en zorgvuldigheid in HR-processen en besluitvorming.
