Als CLBR Consulting staan wij onze klant bij in het rekruteren van nieuwe werknemers. Onze klanten zijn werkgevers die mensen aanwerven met een contract van onbepaalde duur en zonder interim-periode. Wij doen een eerste gesprek met jou ter ondersteuning van onze klant en als het enthousiasme langs beide kanten even groot is heb je meteen een gesprek met de persoon die aanwerft.

Wij zijn op zoek naar versterking voor een sterke en familiale KMO actief in airconditioning (lucht-lucht) en warmtepompen. Dit bedrijf focust op de residentiële markt, richting particuliere woningen, winkels en kantoorruimtes. Het bedrijf staat bekend voor de kwaliteit en hoge graad van afwerking, onderhoud en herstellingen die ze aan de klant bieden.

Vandaag zijn we nu op zoek naar een nieuwe vaste collega als Koeltechnieker regio Antwerpen.

Wat staat er op jouw agenda?

  • Met je collega hoofdtechnieker zorg je ervoor dat al het materiaal in de camionette wordt geladen, waarna jullie samen naar de klant vertrekken.
  • Bij aankomst check je met de klant nog eens de locatie en afspraken rond de plaatsing van de binnen- en buitenunits.
  • Samen met de collega zorg je voor een kwalitatieve installatie van de units volgens de vooropgestelde procedures en graad van afwerking.
  • Na de werken doen jullie met de klant nog een rondgang om de tevredenheid na te gaan en instructies te geven rond de bediening van de toestellen. Je trekt ook foto’s van de installaties zodat het dossier compleet is.

Wie ben jij?

  • Ervaring met het monteren/installeren van airconditioning en warmtepompen in de residentiële sector.
  • Vlotte kennis van Nederlands om je te kunnen uitdrukken naar de collega’s en klanten toe
