Wij zijn een freelance recruitmentpartner en begeleiden onze klant bij het vinden van nieuwe collega’s. Omdat zij volop bezig zijn met hun teams en groei, nemen wij graag het eerste kennismakingsgesprek voor onze rekening. Is er een klik? Ik ben Dennis en werk voor een aannemer in Antwerpen, gekend voor zijn high-end renovatieprojecten en persoonlijke begeleiding van haar klanten. De knappe realisaties worden verwezenlijkt door een warm en familiaal team met enorm veel expertise en ervaring. Vandaag zijn we op zoek naar een nieuwe collega projectleider met een even grote passie voor bouw!

Ben jij de projectleider die voldoening krijgt van knappe renovatieprojecten? Ben je sterk in klantencontact en opvolging? Heb je een passie of interesse in bouw? Solliciteer dan zeker op onze vacature als projectleider!

Jouw dagelijkse taken:

  • Jij bent het aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten. Ze kunnen terecht bij jou met al hun vragen over hun renovatie. Door jou zijn ze op de hoogte van hun renovatieproject, waardoor ze met een gerust gevoel kunnen uitkijken naar de oplevering!
  • Na ondertekening van de offerte, ga jij aan de slag met de werkvoorbereiding, calculatie en bestellingen van het materiaal.
  • Opmaken van een logische planning voor de collega’s in de uitvoering en partners in onder aanneming
  • Je bezoekt de werven en leidt de werfvergaderingen met de klant, onderaannemers en collega’s op de werf.
  • Klantentevredenheid waarborgen tot en met de definitieve oplevering, waar je zelf aanwezig bent en de klant kan bedanken voor het vertrouwen met een leuk cadeau! Bouwen is spannend en het resultaat mag gevierd worden!

Wie ben jij?

  • Beschik je over een bachelor in een bouw-gerelateerde richting? Of heb je een passie of ervaring in bouw? Solliciteer dan zeker op onze vacature!
  • Rijbewijs B om je te verplaatsen naar de werven
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal! Kennis van het Frans en Engels is een heel grote plus
  • Sterk in communicatie, administratie en opvolging van het werk
