  • Own equity administration in partnership with Fidelity, Finance, Legal, and payroll, including grants, vesting transactions, reporting, reconciliations, and employee inquiries
  • Administer our compensation cycles, including promotions, merit increases, bonuses, and equity planning, from design and configuration through audit, execution, and communications
  • Leverage and introduce AI-enabled tools and workflows to improve compensation analysis, market intelligence, process efficiency, and decision-making
  • Maintain Workday compensation configuration and data integrity, including grades, grade profiles, compensation plans, stock value updates, and recurring audits
  • Support compensation training and education by creating clear, accessible resources that help employees, managers, and leaders understand CLEAR’s compensation programs and philosophy

How you'll measure success:

  • On-time, error-free execution of annual and off-cycle compensation and equity processes
  • Accuracy and completeness of compensation, equity, and budget reporting and reconciliations
  • Market competitiveness and internal equity of pay recommendations, salary structures, and job architecture
  • Adoption and effectiveness of scalable compensation processes, tools, and manager communications

What you're great at:

  • 5+ years of progressive broad-based compensation experience, including equity administration and variable compensation exposure
  • Deep knowledge of market pricing, job evaluation, salary structures, incentive compensation, and equity operations
  • Advanced Excel and Google Sheets modeling skills and experience with HRIS and equity platforms, preferably Workday and Fidelity
  • Experience leveraging AI tools and automation to streamline compensation processes, improve analytical efficiency, and enhance data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent judgment, attention to detail, and discretion in handling sensitive compensation and equity information
  • Ability to translate complex analyses into clear recommendations for People Partners, leaders, and senior stakeholders

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
