The role will be responsible for managing infrastructure as code, developing robust CI/CD pipelines, supporting containerized and microservices-based architectures, and driving automation across deployment workflows. The role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and operations, to ensure system reliability, performance, and scalability. Additional responsibilities include support for VoIP/telephony infrastructure, real-time messaging systems, and active participation in on-call rotations.     What This Role Does:

Enhances monitoring and alerting capabilities using tools such as Datadog, Netscout, and ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana). Establishes and maintains alerting workflows through OpsGenie, integrating with Slack to streamline communication and accelerate response times for incident management and resolution. Collaborates closely with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline deployments and ensure smooth system operation. Shares knowledge and works cross-functionally to achieve shared goals. Diagnoses issues and identifies root causes, ensuring optimized system performance. Participates in an on-call rotation to provide support for critical systems and infrastructure, ensuring timely response and resolution of incidents. Demonstrates willingness to shift working hours as needed to support global teams or handle time-sensitive escalations. Creates and maintains documentation for infrastructure, processes, and procedures to support knowledge sharing and onboarding. Contributes knowledge and mentorship within the team to foster a culture of learning and growth. Performs other duties as assigned.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
