The posting

    Position Summary:   ClearCaptions, a leading provider of caption phones for the hard of hearing, is seeking a dedicated Sales Enablement Trainer to lead our sales enablement and business operations team. In this multifaceted role, you will be a key driver of sales excellence, Salesforce optimization, and team management. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing sales enablement programs, coordinating events, providing Salesforce support, and ensuring seamless collaboration between sales and other departments. The ideal candidate will be pivotal in driving the successful adoption and retention of our products.      This is a Remote/Work from Home position reporting to Sr. Sales Enablement Manager     What you will do:  

Develop and execute sales enablement strategies tailored to the unique needs of our senior customer base. 

Lead a team responsible for coordinating events, providing Salesforce support, data correction, and other operational projects. 

Collaborate with sales leaders to identify training needs, and/or process improvements. 

Create and deliver engaging training programs for sales representatives, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, and Salesforce best practices. 

Develop and maintain a comprehensive sales knowledge base, standard operating procedures, and other educational materials. 

Reviewing Sales commissions to ensure correct payouts.  

Oversee day-to-day Salesforce operations, ensuring optimal platform efficiency and supporting the sales team with troubleshooting as needed.  

Monitor Salesforce analytics to identify opportunities for process improvement and increased productivity. 

Manage a remote team, handling timecards, performance evaluations, and ensuring team members are equipped for success. 

Identify areas for improvement in team processes and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. 

Provide ongoing support and coaching to team members, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment. 

Collect product feedback from field technicians and report to support and product leadership.  

Take an active talent management approach to onboard, mentor and inspire a diverse, highly engaged, and skilled team.  Continually upgrade talent through timely talent management, development, succession planning and recruitment. 

  Qualifications:  

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 

5 years relevant experience in sales enablement, Salesforce operations, team management, or a similar role. 

Strong understanding of sales processes, and Salesforce administration 

Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a commitment to driving customer adoption and retention. 

Respectful and outstanding leadership skills that motivate colleagues to focus their energy on achieving business goals. 

Ability to plan and manage at both strategic and tactical operational levels. Works to achieve goals while overcoming obstacles and/or planning for contingencies. 

Strong analytical, planning and budgeting skills.  Ability to influence others. 

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation, and problem-solving skills. 

Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills, self-directed and able to handle multiple priorities with demanding timeframes. 

Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a high-quality results-driven, team-oriented environment.  

Demonstrated ability to use discretion, make sound decisions, and maintain confidentiality. 

Proficient in MS Office, modern communication tools for virtual teams (i.e., MS Teams)

Sitting, standing, and walking (95-100%) 

Keyboarding (70-90%) 

Viewing computer monitor, tablet, and/or cell phone requiring close vision (70-90%)
