ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a founding-team opportunity at a pre-seed AI recruiting startup that is rethinking how top talent connects with high-growth companies. You will work directly alongside the existing co-founders to shape the product, go-to-market strategy, and culture from the ground up. The role carries real ownership and is central to the company's trajectory.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Partner with co-founders to define and execute the overall vision, strategy, and roadmap.

- Help build and scale an AI-powered platform that matches candidates directly with startup hiring managers.

- Drive growth by deepening relationships with startups and expanding the network of companies and candidates on the platform.

- Contribute to product decisions, including how the matching algorithm and candidate experience evolve.

- Hire and develop early team members across engineering, operations, and growth.

- Work cross-functionally to ensure the platform delivers high-quality, efficient placements for both candidates and companies.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Demonstrated experience building, scaling, or operating within early-stage startups or high-growth technology environments.

- Background in one or more of: AI/ML products, talent acquisition technology, marketplace businesses, or B2B SaaS.

- Strong commercial instincts, with the ability to identify product-market fit signals and act on them quickly.

- Experience working with or at top-tier consulting, technology, or venture-backed organizations is a strong plus.

- Comfort operating with high ambiguity and a bias toward action in a very small team.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with founders, candidates, and investors alike.

LOCATION

Based in San Francisco, California. On-site presence expected given the early stage of the team.
