Enterprise Account Executive

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a foundational first enterprise sales hire at a fintech company building identity and trust infrastructure for businesses globally. You will own the full enterprise sales cycle across Europe, shaping product-market fit while closing complex, high-value deals that directly influence the company's growth trajectory.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Own the complete enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through closing and account expansion.

- Build and manage a robust pipeline of large enterprise prospects across European markets, targeting key decision makers at scale.

- Develop deep relationships with CTOs, CPOs, engineering leaders, and other senior stakeholders.

- Coordinate cross-functional teams to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deals and ensure smooth customer onboarding and success.

- Gather customer insights and feed them back to the product team to help refine product-market fit.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- 5+ years of enterprise sales experience selling complex technical products to large organizations.

- Proven track record closing large, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals in fast-moving, competitive environments.

- Strong technical acumen and comfort engaging with engineering and product leadership on their terms.

- Experience managing full enterprise sales cycles, from lead generation through closing and expansion.

- Experience building and managing large enterprise sales pipelines and hitting aggressive targets.

- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver complex deals.

- Self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and create structure from scratch.

- Experience selling into European enterprise markets is a strong plus.

- Background in identity, fintech, or payments sectors is a plus.

- Must be available to work in an EU-compatible timezone.

LOCATION

Based in Amsterdam, North Holland, Netherlands. Open to remote candidates in EU-compatible timezones. Visa sponsorship is not available.
