ABOUT THE ROLE

Help build the infrastructure behind AI-powered service businesses, enabling small teams to coordinate AI workers and scale their operations. This is a flexible, full-time role shaped around your strengths in engineering, product, or company operations, with technical leadership scope for the right candidate.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Define what you can own and deliver during your first 90 days.

- Build and ship production software directly, contributing hands-on to the platform.

- Help shape the product and technical direction for tools that support AI-enabled service businesses.

- Depending on your strengths, take ownership across engineering, product, or company operations.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Typically 3 to 10 or more years of experience, including founding a company or serving as a startup CTO or first technical hire.

- A continuing hands-on track record building production software, rather than a primarily management-focused career.

- Experience building and shipping demanding, production-grade systems, or a record of technical leadership at a high-growth startup.

- Background in AI, software, or service businesses is relevant; strong technical fundamentals are valued.

- Seeking a full-time role, not freelance or fractional CTO work.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Base salary is $150,000 to $250,000 annually, with equity structured around the role and candidate. Visa sponsorship is available, and relocation support is offered.
