ABOUT THE ROLE

Join an early-stage AI infrastructure company building tools for service businesses to coordinate AI workers and human decision-making. This is a flexible founding leadership role shaped around your strengths in engineering, product, or company operations, with the opportunity to help build the platform and its early team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Propose an area of ownership and define what you would deliver in your first 90 days.

- Help build and shape the platform for AI-enabled service businesses.

- Contribute in the area where you can have the greatest impact, including engineering, product, or company operations.

- For a technically focused candidate, take on technical leadership as the company builds its early engineering team.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Typically, 3 to 10 or more years of experience.

- Experience founding a company, serving as a startup CTO or first technical hire, or shipping a product recognized by its team.

- Alternatively, experience running a service business and understanding its operational needs firsthand.

- Ability to identify a meaningful area of ownership and explain how you would make progress in your first 90 days.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Annual salary range: $150,000 to $250,000 USD. Equity is available, with compensation and equity tailored to the candidate. Visa sponsorship is available.

LOCATION

On-site in San Francisco, California, United States. Relocation support is available.
