ABOUT THE ROLE

Join an engineering team building AI software for enterprise procurement. This customer-facing role connects on-site discovery with hands-on product development, helping customers solve real workflow challenges while making shared platform capabilities more useful.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Work on-site with procurement teams to understand their workflows and translate broad requests into clearly defined problems.

- Review AI agent conversations and execution traces to identify failure patterns and improve prompts, context, and tool use.

- Turn recurring agent failures into evaluation cases in collaboration with the AI team.

- Build product features, customer-data adapters, and integrations that connect systems and data sources.

- Take solutions from initial discovery through production rollout, then observe user behavior and iterate.

- Bring recurring customer needs into reusable product and platform capabilities.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- At least 2 years of professional experience shipping software used by real users.

- Strong full-stack or backend foundations, with production experience building APIs and working with SQL and relational databases.

- Production experience with TypeScript or Python; experience with React, Next.js, or another frontend framework is useful.

- Experience in enterprise integrations, LLM applications, or technical customer-facing work.

- Ability to investigate system behavior using logs, traces, or conversation histories, and improve software based on observed user behavior.

- Experience building or maintaining integrations across systems or data sources is helpful. Procurement knowledge is not required.

On-site in Berlin, Germany, with customer-site work and required travel.
