ABOUT THE ROLE

Work directly with a small founding team at an AI-focused talent and recruiting startup. You will help create a strong candidate experience and connect exceptional talent with career opportunities at venture-backed startups.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Support candidates through the recruiting process and help connect them with relevant startup opportunities.

- Own operational workflows and contribute to initiatives that improve the candidate experience.

- Help optimize processes and workflows as the team grows.

- Contribute to social media and other founder-led projects as needed.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- A completed bachelor's degree and at least three months of internship experience.

- Experience in a fast-paced environment such as a startup, consulting, sales, or venture capital.

- Evidence of strong academic performance, substantial project work, or meaningful technical contributions.

- Prior experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or candidate relationship management is valued.

- Social media experience, familiarity with venture-backed startups and their hiring practices, and experience improving workflows are helpful.

- Willingness to relocate to San Francisco, live and work in a shared team environment, and commit to a six-day work week for the internship.
