ABOUT THE ROLE

Lead early go-to-market efforts in the US for an AI communications SaaS business. You will work closely with the founders and a cross-functional team to win initial customers, validate the market, and build a repeatable sales motion.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Develop localized landing pages, messaging, and basic demand-generation tracking with marketing support.

- Run discovery calls and product demos, close early deals, and turn customer insights into a repeatable sales playbook.

- Identify and activate local partners, including setting up co-selling relationships.

- Onboard and support initial customers, capturing feedback to improve the product and positioning.

- Collaborate with marketing and engineering to launch and refine the US sales approach.

- Grow into the primary US market owner, with potential to hire and lead a local team.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Experience as an Account Executive, with a track record in startup or transactional sales; enterprise-only experience is not a fit.

- Experience building and executing early-stage SaaS go-to-market plans for the US, including discovery, demos, closing, and sales process development.

- Background as a founder or operator, or strong experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or growth at a high-growth SaaS startup.

- Experience developing partner channels, co-selling programs, and customer onboarding and support.

- Experience selling in the UK market and creating localized messaging, landing pages, and basic analytics.

- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot and sales funnel analytics.

- Native English speaker, strong communicator, self-starter, and comfortable working across marketing, product, and engineering.

- Experience selling AI or SaaS solutions to US small and midsize businesses, especially in communications, is useful.

- Willingness to work from Vienna for three to six months for onboarding and kickoff. A remote setup or relocation may be possible afterward.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Base salary: $100,000 to $150,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.

On-site in Vienna, Austria for the initial three to six months. A remote setup or relocation may be possible afterward.
