ABOUT THE ROLE

Join a small team building multimodal AI agents for customer communication across voice, SMS, and email. You will own a core product or engineering domain end to end, shape decisions directly with customers, and help bring reliable AI systems into production.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Own a domain from architecture through frequent production releases.

- Speak with customers, synthesize feedback, and make product decisions independently.

- Build and optimize multimodal agents, including low-latency voice experiences and persistent, cross-channel conversation state.

- Set quality practices for non-deterministic systems, including evaluations, prompt versioning, guardrails, and drift detection.

- Work across React and Next.js interfaces, Node.js services, and Python systems.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Three to eight years of full-stack engineering experience, with a record of shipping and scaling products from early stages in fast-paced environments.

- Production proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, React, and Next.js, plus experience building Python services.

- Hands-on production experience with LLM APIs or agent SDKs, such as Anthropic, OpenAI, or comparable tools.

- Strong depth in at least one area: production voice or SMS agents, long-running agent state and memory, agent evaluations and guardrails, or B2B2C and marketplace products.

- Experience making product decisions, conducting customer discovery, and owning shipped work without relying on a dedicated product manager.

- Understanding of backend infrastructure and data structures for persistent conversations, as well as low-latency systems and non-deterministic behavior.

- Python experience with real-time voice pipelines or evaluation tooling is useful. Strong computer science fundamentals or founder experience with demonstrated product traction are also valued.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?
