ABOUT THE ROLE

Join an early-stage AI company as a founding GTM engineer, partnering closely with the founder and customers. You will turn customer problems into practical demos, useful workflows, and product improvements that help users get lasting value.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Build working demos and integrations based on problems prospective users bring to the team.

- Work with the founder to test target users, use cases, and what drives continued adoption.

- Connect product, sales, and onboarding data to identify friction and evaluate improvements.

- Build and test thoughtful go-to-market workflows that accurately represent product capabilities.

- Translate customer feedback into product changes and clear documentation.

- Preserve customer data protections, permissions, and approval steps across connected tools.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Experience building product integrations or go-to-market workflows and using direct customer feedback to improve them.

- Ability to write code, connect APIs, and explain technical results clearly to customers and non-technical stakeholders.

- A track record of shipping a workflow, integration, or product used by real people and adapting it based on feedback.

- Experience connecting data sources or systems to surface insights about user behavior or product usage.

- Ability to run focused go-to-market experiments, measure outcomes, and stop approaches that are not working.

- Comfort with broad ownership and direct customer contact in a founding role.

LOCATION

On-site in San Francisco, United States. This role is not remote; candidates should be in the Bay Area or willing to relocate.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

The numbers game

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
