Founding GTM Lead - UK

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a founding go-to-market role at a seed-stage AI voice platform, where you will own the company's full UK expansion from day one. You will be the anchor in the UK market, responsible for pipeline, deals, and the first hires, working shoulder-to-shoulder with the founding team to turn early signals into a repeatable growth engine.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Generate your own pipeline from scratch through outbound prospecting and network building.

- Own deals end-to-end, from first touch through signature and deployment.

- Win key logos to establish the company's foothold in the UK market.

- Hire, onboard, and lead the first UK-based team members as you scale.

- Collaborate closely with the founding team to build a repeatable UK expansion playbook.

- Feed structured customer and market signals back into product, marketing, and strategy decisions.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- 4+ years of experience thriving in fast-paced environments such as startups, tech sales, or consulting.

- Proven end-to-end sales closing experience, including deals won through self-generated outbound pipeline.

- Track record of carrying a sales quota and running full-cycle sales processes independently.

- Entrepreneurial mindset: you operate like a founder, create your own path, and thrive without a playbook.

- Genuine appetite to hire, develop, and lead people as the team grows.

- Extremely hands-on and high-agency: you remove obstacles and make things happen yourself.

- Experience selling to B2C software or SaaS customers, or to enterprise buyers, is a strong plus.

- Background in AI or voice technology markets is a plus.

- Native or near-native English fluency.

- Ability to be based in Berlin full-time for the first 2 to 3 months before relocating to London.

LOCATION

This role is hybrid, based in Berlin, Germany for an initial 2 to 3 month onboarding period (5 days per week), then transitioning to London, UK. Visa sponsorship is not available.
