Founding Product Designer

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a founding product design role at an early-stage AI voice platform in the B2B SaaS space. As the first full-time designer, you will own the end-to-end design process, work directly with customers, and partner closely with engineers to ship high-quality features that define the product experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Collaborate directly with customers to understand their needs and design solutions that address real problems.

- Own the design process end-to-end for new product features, from concept through delivery.

- Identify new AI product opportunities, develop design concepts, and build prototypes alongside customers.

- Create intuitive interfaces for AI-first workflows where traditional UI patterns do not apply.

- Work side-by-side with engineers to ship high-quality features quickly and pragmatically.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- 3 or more years of experience on product design teams, ideally at an early-stage B2B SaaS startup.

- Proficiency with modern prototyping and design tools such as Figma, Lovable, V0, and Figma Make (required).

- Hands-on experience collaborating with software engineers and a solid understanding of technical trade-offs.

- Meaningful exposure to AI and LLM-driven products, with a genuine interest in building software in an AI-native way.

- Experience conducting customer interviews or iterating on a product based on direct customer feedback.

- A track record of designing products with measurable business impact.

- Pragmatic mindset: comfortable accepting imperfect implementations in service of shipping and iterating quickly.

- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across engineering and product teams.

- A portfolio demonstrating aesthetic taste, UX instincts, and fast-prototyping ability.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Salary range: $85,000 to $160,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

LOCATION

On-site in Berlin, Germany. Candidates should be willing to work in person from the Berlin office.
