Senior Product Manager, Digital Therapeutics

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a high-ownership product role at a growing digital health company building evidence-based, fully-reimbursed therapy apps in urology and gynecology. You will own the entire patient journey, from prescription and onboarding through active treatment to measurable progress, sitting at the intersection of clinical rigor and consumer mobile craft. The work genuinely matters: the products you ship help real patients build lasting health behaviors.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Own the end-to-end patient journey across urology and gynecology therapy apps, spanning the full product lifecycle on iOS and Android.

- Apply behavior change mechanics, including habit loops, nudges, feedback systems, and retention mechanics, to drive meaningful patient engagement and progress.

- Treat App Store presence and ASO (ratings, reviews, keywords, screenshots) as core product levers, continuously improving the funnel from impression to activation.

- Define strategy and user outcomes independently, identifying what needs doing without waiting for direction.

- Design and run A/B tests, interpret analytics dashboards, and make product decisions grounded in experimental results.

- Integrate AI tools thoughtfully into product work, applying them where they genuinely serve patients and exercising judgment where they do not.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- 5 or more years of product management experience shipping consumer mobile apps to market on iOS and/or Android.

- Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken.

- Hands-on experience building patient-centered or behavior-change products.

- Strong product taste and judgment for intuitive, high-quality consumer mobile experiences.

- Demonstrated iOS and Android platform fluency, including platform-specific constraints and capabilities.

- Practical AI fluency: actively uses AI tools in product work and can evaluate when AI is and is not the right solution.

- Experience with ASO and managing app store presence as a product lever.

- Background in digital health, MedTech, or a regulated product environment.

- Comfortable operating in a small, fast-moving, high-ownership startup environment.

- Experience combining startup or scale-up execution with exposure to a larger enterprise environment is a plus.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Salary range: 65,000 to 90,000 EUR annually. Permanent contract. No visa sponsorship is available for this role.

LOCATION

Hybrid, based in Munich, Germany. The team also has a presence in Berlin.
