Founding Sales Development Representative

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is the founding Sales Development Representative position on the Growth team, based on-site in Berlin. You will own pipeline generation for a voice AI platform that automates customer calls at scale, and you will help shape the sales playbook from the ground up. Strong early performance opens a clear path to full-cycle deal ownership.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Generate qualified pipeline through high-volume outbound prospecting across email, LinkedIn, and phone.

- Identify and engage the right prospects, building and nurturing relationships over time.

- Manage pipeline and maintain CRM tooling with accuracy and discipline.

- Develop and refine outreach strategies to build a repeatable GTM motion.

- Contribute to hiring and building out the sales team and sales playbook.

- Progress into owning and closing deals end-to-end based on strong performance.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Direct sales experience in a startup or fast-moving environment, with a proven track record of consistently exceeding targets or KPIs.

- Comfort running multi-channel outbound prospecting (email, LinkedIn, phone) and managing CRM pipelines.

- Near-native German fluency (C2) and strong professional English (B2-C1).

- Strong business acumen: ability to understand the problems and priorities of different companies quickly.

- Hands-on, scrappy approach and willingness to do the unglamorous work that builds a pipeline.

- The motivation and potential to grow rapidly into full-cycle deal ownership.

- Collaborative, communicative, and hungry mindset with a low-ego disposition; this is a high-energy team environment.

- Willingness to work on-site in Berlin five days a week.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Salary range: 75,000 - 120,000 EUR annually. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
