Full Stack Engineer

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a full-stack engineering role at a small, senior team building AI infrastructure for enterprise environments. You will own product surfaces end-to-end, from the interfaces customers interact with to the APIs and data models underneath, making complex system behavior legible and fast for the engineers who rely on the platform every day.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Own complete product surfaces end-to-end, covering interfaces, APIs, and data models.

- Split your time roughly 60% on frontend and API layer work and 40% on backend services.

- Define architecture, ship it to production, monitor its behavior, and fix what breaks.

- Make complex system behavior understandable and fast through thoughtful UI and API design.

- Work without handed-down design files or detailed specs, making the calls on what is right.

- Remove growth ceilings by building customer-facing product that is obvious and intuitive.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- 5 or more years building full-stack applications with shipped products in production.

- Proficiency with modern frontend frameworks such as React or Vue, with a strong eye for making complex behavior legible in a UI.

- Backend development experience in Python, Go, Node.js, Java, or equivalent, with the ability to design and implement production-grade APIs and services.

- Genuine full-stack capability: comfortable going deep on distributed systems while also touching UI.

- Experience designing and shipping product surfaces end-to-end without detailed specifications.

- Ability to make independent architectural decisions and own implementation through to production.

- Experience with databases and data modeling for systems requiring real-time performance.

- Startup-speed execution mindset and a builder-oriented background.

- Bonus: experience with knowledge graphs, semantic systems, or graph databases.

- Bonus: familiarity with distributed systems, real-time inference, agent-based systems, or developer-facing infrastructure.
