ABOUT THE ROLE

Join a consumer apps team as a founder-minded product engineer, owning products from identifying user opportunities through design, development, launch, and iteration. You will combine product judgment, design, and full-stack engineering to build polished experiences and take responsibility for user value.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Define product positioning and scope features into the smallest complete versions worth shipping.

- Design consumer experiences, including onboarding flows, interface details, and product copy.

- Build frontend and backend systems with TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Node.js.

- Implement APIs, SQL data models, authentication, payments, and subscriptions.

- Set up analytics and experiments, monitor production, and use engagement and retention data to guide decisions.

- Ship polished MVPs or substantial iterations in 3 to 7 days, then debug issues and improve the product using user feedback.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- At least 3 years of experience shipping consumer products end-to-end, from concept to production; overall experience may range from 2 to 10+ years.

- Production experience with TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, SQL, APIs, and data modeling.

- Experience implementing authentication, payments, and subscriptions, deploying applications, and resolving production issues.

- Experience designing consumer interfaces and onboarding, and setting up product analytics and running experiments. PostHog or similar tools are useful.

- Background in consumer apps, social products, communication tools, or cross-platform development is valuable.

- Comfort using AI coding tools such as Claude Code or Cursor while maintaining code quality and understanding system architecture.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
